What we welcome
We are most useful to readers who flag editorial errors, missing citations, or claims on this site that overstate or understate the research record. If a study we cite has been corrected, retracted, or superseded — let us know. If a relevant paper is missing from the citation table — let us know. If a vendor-circulated claim is misrepresented anywhere on this site as peer-reviewed — that is a hard miss on our end, and we want to fix it.

What we cannot help with
This desk frames literature; it does not run a practice. No medical guidance goes out from here, and no dose is handed over. It stocks nothing, ships nothing, and names no preferred seller of TB-500 or any other peptide. There is no clinical team behind the frame, no pharmacist, no prescriber.
Requests for dose recommendations, vendor picks, prescription details, or a treatment plan will go unanswered — not out of unhelpfulness, but because a record on a bench cannot stand in for care. A physician licensed where you live can weigh your case; a reading bench cannot.
